Heart Failure Management — 2025 Guidelines Summary

Stage A (at risk): Screen and modify risk factors — HTN, DM, obesity. Stage B (pre-HF): Echo-confirmed structural disease. Start RAAS inhibitor if EF <40%. Stage C (symptomatic HF): Guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) — ARNI, BB, MRA, SGLT2i. Stage D (advanced HF): Refer for advanced therapies — LVAD or transplant evaluation.
